Shipping Policy

Our processing time accounts for order verification, item comprehensive quality check, and packaging. All orders are sent to the fulfillment center for dispatch within 3 working days after the order is placed. Standard shipping times vary for each country due to location specific logistics and different customs regulations.On average, the shipping window is 5-15 working days for our main shipping countries. Brazil,Canada,Greece, Norway and Israel customers have seen slower transit times due to strict customs. Free Shipping Orders Over $99 (6-15 business days) Standard Shipping: 5-15 business days with flat rate charge of $7.99

Note: Specially customized products require a production cycle of 5-15 working days. If the actual arrival time exceeds the above reference time unexpectedly. Please don't worry just email us and we will track the progress for you. If you have any question about your order. Please let us know. Please ensure all delivery information is correct. If there is incorrect and/or missing information, we may be required to contact you to update the delivery information, which may cause delays in delivering your order.

Delays may also occur as a result of customs clearance. Your local customs office may require additional documents and time to clear your package, which may delay the estimated delivery time. Your order may be delivered to you by either the local post office or a local courier. Depending on your area, most orders will be delivered by your local post service, so the package will be received with your regular mail. If you are not home when the delivery is made, a notice card may be left by the postal service to advise on how and where your delivery can be collected. There will be no reshipping arrangement made in case parcels are returned for wrong addresses, incomplete addresses and returned due to unavailability. If you're concerning your order status, please use your tracking number you received in confirmation email to track it online.

 

Notes:

1) Express Shipping is not available for P.O. Boxes and APO/FPO addresses.

2) We will make every effort to deliver your package ASAP. However, additional time may be required due to invalid addresses and custom clearance issues.

3)The customer’s address is incorrect and the delivery fails, and the buyer is responsible for the consequences. If the address is changed, we need to contact our email support@glizar.com within 24 hours of placing the order. The order address cannot be changed for the package that has been shipped. Please fill in the correct and detailed address.

4) Should your package not arrive within 22 days after you have placed your order, you must contact Customer Support within 30 days after your order was placed to get the issue resolved.

Customs Duties Shipments from all of our warehouses are delivery duty unpaid. Therefore, any and all customs or import duties are charged once the parcel reaches its destination country. If any, these charges must be paid by the customers, especially if you choose Express shipping for your order. Customers take full liability for all return shipment costs, customs charges and handling fees should they refuse to accept a parcel due to import duties or taxes. Please note that according to customs regulations, we cannot declare purchased items as gifts or list an amount lower than the actual product price.
