All of our jewelry is hypoallergenic and certified nickel-free, lead-free, cadmium-free, and phthalates-free. We carefully test every single piece to ensure they meet all of our rigorous standards.

About order
How can I track my order?
Once your order is shipped, we will send you an email with the corresponding information. After that you will be able to track your order at : https://www.17track.net/en. Please allow 1-2 business days for tracking information to be available.
Why haven't I received a confirmation email?
Every time you place an order on our website, you’ll receive a confirmation email. If you don’t see the confirmation email, we recommend checking your spam folder. If you cannot find it, that probably means the email you provided to us was mistyped. Please contact us at help@glizar.com so that we can correct it.
I ordered the wrong size, can I make a correction?
As long as the order is not shipped from our warehouse (you have not received a tracking number), then yes, we may exchange the size of the item ordered. This only applied to items that are not personalized/customized.
Can I cancel my order?
We understand that sometimes you just changed your mind. As long as the order is not shipped from our warehouse (you have not received a tracking number), then yes. However, orders that contain personalized/custom items cannot be cancelled.
All product pictures are for reference only and cannot be used as a reason for refunds because of nuances. We guarantee that the quality of each product is beyund good, but due to the differences in shooting angle, light, display screen, and product upgrades, there will be subtle differences between the physical product and the pictures shown online.

I received a notification that my item it's on its way but there haven't been any updates on the tracking link?
Please allow 24-72 hours for USPS(or your local delivery agency) to update their tracking information. If more than 72 hours have passed by and no updates are showing then please contact us.
